Guidelines

Hello Awesome vendors!! All vendors are required to supply their own canopy and have it weighted. Hockinson Artisan Market (HAM) will run rain or shine. Please come prepared. If a required food permit from Clark County Health Department is needed. It should be available on request at the market.

Set-Up: You may begin load-in at 7:45am. Set-up must be complete and vehicles must be out of the market by 15 minutes before the market opens. Vendors should offload their packed products and supplies in their space, park their vehicles in Vendor parking spaces, and then return to unpack their product and set up the booth space. Displays must be placed within the booth area please.  Enter from 182nd Ave.

Space Assignments:  Space Assignments will be communicated within 24 hours of market day. Please be aware your space may change from your previous assignment. A vendor may NOT pack up and leave the market during market hours (9am - 1pm).

Restrooms: Restrooms are located inside the school and are available to all vendors and customers. This was part of your booth cost we negotiated with the school.

Vendor parking: To allow for close customer parking, we are asking all vendors to park below the community center (west of the building). Either in the old Middle school bus line (only on the left side heading west) or down by the gym (just east of the fire station).

Tear down: Vendors are required to remove all trash and debris from their space at tear down. Dumpster will be provided. Please bring all cardboard boxes home with you. Lot needs to be cleared by 3 pm. However, if there are still customers present at 1:00 - please let them shop. It will help everyone.

**Damage or loss of any personal belongings is not the responsibility of HAM
